Now in it’s third generation, our SLX Bivvy has gone from strength-to-strength over the years, with the SLX V3 PLUS Bivvy being the latest addition to the SLX V3 family.

The SLX V3 PLUS Bivvy is larger than the one-man and two-man versions, and is designed to give ample room on longer sessions, with it’s cavernous interior able to offer a comfortable shelter for two, or a luxurious abode for the solo angler.

Just like the other models in the SLX V3 Bivvy range, the ‘Plus’ is packed with features to make it one of the most comprehensive bivvy systems on the market, while remaining incredibly practical for a variety of angling situations. One standout feature is the fully-enclosed inner capsule with stitched-in groundsheet – perfect for keeping out creepy-crawlies and flying, biting bugs, whilst allowing the angler to keep a watchful eye on the water. A further three zipped vents with insect panels were added to the SLX when it was upgraded to the V3 version in 2018. These can be found either side of the door, and there’s also one in the back, allowing for unrestricted airflow throughout the shelter.

All this with the tried and tested ‘pram-hood with peak’ design. 10,000 Hydrostatic Head Polyester outer material ensures that every shelter in the SLX V3 Bivvy range will stand up to a multitude of adverse weather conditions.

Of course, as is with all of our other externally-framed shelters, a dedicated Extended Wrap is available for the SLX V3 Bivvy PLUS, which uses the peak of the shelter to create a useful porch area, or roll-back the door and sides of the actual bivvy to give you even more space inside.
