We created Sub initially to provide an alternative vision to that of the time. We wanted to document carp fishing how we experienced it, and felt it ourselves and create something with the reader in mind - the primary drive to create print that provided the best experience possible for the reader, just based on finding the most exciting stories, thoughts and imagery we could find. We believe we did that with a diverse, relevant and insightful look at the scene - celebrating its diversity and range of characters through exploring a wide cross section of cultures, ages and attitudes. Full of incredible, inspiring stories and the very best of the big carp seen we could find from all across Europe. 

Ever wondered what it is like to be a Danish carp angler, or to endure a baltic Scandinavian winter, or wondered how Firefighters balance their lives against fishing for some of the hardest and rarest carp in the UK... it is all in here.
