LACTALBUMEN

Lactalbumen is a milk protein of the very highest quality, having a protein content in excess of 88%. It consists of two main protein forms - lactalbumin and lacto globulins. Where high nutritional value baits are sought, Lactalbumen is an ideal ingredient that can be included with, or instead of, other milk proteins such as caseins, whey protein etc.

Because of its superior protein quality compared to other milk proteins, Lactalbumen supplies greater amounts of the main essential amino acids required by carp.

Can be included in base mixes at up to 250g/kg.

Lactalbumen is a soluble milk protein that can be used as an effective binder at 5 - 10% inclusion, depending on other ingredients used. Due to its solubility it is ideal for use where a quick break down bait is required, particularly if the boiling time is kept to a minimum.
